TERMS OF SERVICE
Last updated October 29, 2026
About these terms
These terms apply to your use of panenca.us and to any order you place with PANENCA (25 Karachi Drive, Markham, Ontario L3S 0B5, Canada). By using the site or placing an order you agree to them.
Orders
When you place an order you're offering to buy the items in your cart. We accept your order when we confirm it by email. We may cancel an order and refund you in full if an item is unavailable, a price or description was shown in error, or we suspect fraud.
Prices and payment
Prices are shown in US dollars (USD) or Canadian dollars (CAD), whichever you choose. The price you pay is the one shown at checkout. Bundle offers are applied automatically at checkout. Payment is processed securely by Shopify and its payment partners; we never see or store your full card details.
Shipping
We ship to the US and Canada. See our Shipping Policy for timing and details.
Returns and refunds
Every order is covered by our 60-Day Money-Back Guarantee. See our Refund Policy.
Products
We try to show colours and prints accurately, but screens vary and small differences can occur. Sizing guidance is on each product page.
Artwork and content
All PANENCA designs, photos and text on this site are our original work. You may not copy, reproduce or sell them without our written permission. PANENCA designs are original artwork and are not official merchandise of any league, team or athlete.
Use of the site
Don't misuse the site — for example by attempting to break its security, scraping it, or using it for anything unlawful.
Liability
To the extent the law allows, our liability for any order is limited to the amount you paid for it. Nothing in these terms limits rights you have under consumer protection law.
Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of the Province of Ontario and the federal laws of Canada that apply there.
Changes and contact
We may update these terms from time to time; the date above shows the latest version. Questions? Contact us.
