60-Day Money-Back Guarantee
If you're not happy with your PANENCA order for any reason, you can return it within 60 days of delivery for a full refund of the item price.
How to start a return
- Contact us with your order number and the item(s) you want to return.
- We'll reply with your return instructions and the return address.
- Send the item(s) back with the tracking number for your parcel.
Condition of returns
Items should be unwashed and unworn beyond trying on, with no stains, odours or damage. Free tees received through a bundle offer can be returned with the rest of the order.
Refunds
Once your return arrives and is checked, we'll refund the original payment method. Refunds normally appear within 5–10 business days, depending on your bank.
If you return only part of a bundle, the refund is the amount you actually paid for the returned items.
Exchanges
Need a different size? Tell us when you contact us and we'll help you swap it.
Damaged or wrong items
If something arrives damaged or isn't what you ordered, contact us within 60 days of delivery with a photo and we'll send a replacement or refund.
