Free shipping on all orders
Every order ships free to the United States and Canada. There is no minimum order value.
Where we ship
We currently ship to addresses in the United States and Canada only.
How long it takes
- Printing: each order is printed in Canada within 1–2 business days.
- Delivery: tracked delivery typically takes 4–8 business days after it ships.
Business days are Monday to Friday, excluding public holidays. Delivery times are estimates and can be longer during peak seasons or carrier delays.
Tracking
As soon as your order ships you'll receive an email with your tracking number.
Shipping Protection
At checkout you can choose to add optional Shipping Protection. It's never added unless you tick the box.
Duties and taxes
Sales taxes are calculated at checkout based on your address.
Lost or damaged parcels
If your tracking hasn't moved for 7 days or your order arrives damaged, contact us with your order number and we'll make it right.
